If you have 20 mins, watch this.  And do a little research before you “recycle” your e-waste, especially if you are going to pay them to haul it off.  Most companies, ship overseas, but not all of them.  From what I have seen, the good guys are almost always willing to show you their facility, not just talk about it.

In a survey of 65 people, the “overwhelming majority” of them prefer the iPad over the Android based Galaxy!! Even if 100% of 65 people preferred the iPad, it wouldn’t be an “overwhelming majority”.  Way to tell the whole truth.

20 month old baby shot/killed...Father happy it... →
20-month old Rashad Walker Jr was shot and killed in an attack “allegedly” intended for the babies father.  When the father (at least biologically) was asked if he had any thing to say to the accused killer, his response, “Missed me”.  WTF!! It’s not like he missed and hit a tree and you can brag about his poor aim.  In most cases, losing your child would be worse...

Suck it, Cable!
As a resident of a city that only supplies Time Warner (the weather is terrible here so satellite is out of the question and Verizon is currently being paid not to offer its services), which is terrible, and since the recent “software upgrade” is actually worse, I can’t be happier, that people are walking away from it.  I would be perfectly happy without it, by the lady of the...

– Thanks thedailywhat If this isn’t yet another reason, Two and A Half Men is the worst sitcom (I had to specify because shows like the View and Jersey Shore are a lot worse, but in a different way) on Television, I don’t know what is. Josef Fritzl, who kept his daughter imprisoned as a...

Just how ridiculous social media really is
This is a great article called Small Change, written by Malcolm Gladwell, from the New Yorker.  There has been a lot of talk talk about the influences of Facebook and Twitter, Google buzz, and all the other social media sites out there, changing the world.  This article politely takes a dump on that theory.  Although, it does still point out how powerful perception is. It’s a long one, but...
